Kim from Rockin‘ Green was kind enough to send me some samples of their Hard Rock detergent, and after using it for 2 weeks I can safely say I’m in love! Let me tell you why!
The Good:
Diapers Get Clean- No Stink!
Since I have the sample packs, I have primarily been using it for cloth diaper laundry. MANY people use it for all of their clothes, and as soon as I buy a bag I am planning on doing the same. This stuff WORKS! No leftover residue in the diapers AT ALL. I can run through a second hot rinse using my regular detergent and it looks like I’ve never rinsed the diapers at all- bubbles galore. With Rockin‘ Green, there are no bubbles left! And there are NO SMELLS left in my microfiber inserts. Yay!
So Many Yummy Scents
Orangevana, Smashing Watermelons, Rage Against the Raspberries… and more! I tried the Lavender Mint Revival Hard Rock. Smells SO good! But it doesn’t leave the smell on your laundry, so you know it rinses clean. There’s even a “Bare Naked Babies” (unscented) for your sensitive ones. I’m planning on buying sample packs of all of their scents so I can choose my favorite.
Safe and Earth Friendly
Rockin‘ Green is 100% phosphate free, dioxin free, and petroleum free. It is also never tested on animals.
Lots of Choices
If you have hard or soft water, or somewhere in between, there is a formulation just for you! It can be used in front loaders as well.

The Bad:
Very Few Bubbles
Which means your diapers are getting clean, not soaking up detergent. But if you are one who likes to see the bubbles, you’ll be disappointed.
I LOVE this detergent. I get EXCITED to go and do my diaper laundry. I know, that makes me sound a little strange… but this stuff is that good.
